About Barbara Johnson

Barbara Johnson has been actively selling residential and investment Real Estate in Marin, Sonoma, Napa and San Francisco for over 23 years. She is currently a licensed sales agent with one of Marin Counties exclusive brokerage firms, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokers.

Prior to working in Real Estate, Barbara was employed with Kaiser Hospital for 16 years and worked in the pharmacy as a pharmacy technician. She had worked directly with the patients and enjoyed helping them with their needs physically and mentally. Barbara’s biggest joy in life is her family. Her husband Britt and her three amazing children and now a beautiful new grandson. Her children and now her grandson have brought us so much joy to her as family is a very important her.  This is most likely why they have run their Real Estate business like a family and have chosen to work by referral. They always want to take excellent care of their clients as if they were family.

The Johnson Team consists of 5 family team members. They all have specific roles within the business to help achieve and exceed their client’s needs and expectations. One of Barbara’s strengths is working closely with their buyers to help facilitate the entire buying process from start to finish. It is so important to her to thoroughly explain the step-by-step process to them as this is generally the largest investment that one will make in their lifetime. Regarding the sellers she works with, she helps facilitate things from the start, in a step-by-step manner to prepare homes for sale so the seller will receive the most money for their home.  She will help with all home preparations that are needed, from reports, repairs and staging prior to professional photos that will be taken. Throughout the transactions Barbara will make sure everything runs smoothly.

The Johnson Real Estate Team consists of 5 family members, Britt, Barbara, Garrett, Bryce, and Shelbi. Barbara’s husband Britt, her two boys Garrett, Bryce, and her niece Shelbi work well together as team to help their clients achieve each individual goal.
